About this Elevate Virtual 90-minute Introductory 1:1 Executive Coaching Session
Rob combines two decades of experience as a top leadership development executive with a well-established career in the performing arts. He has a passion for coaching leaders to develop their presence, tell compelling stories and establish authentic connections.
In his work as an executive coach, Rob finds great satisfaction in guiding leaders through transitions to more senior roles, as well as coaching senior executives and leadership teams to enhance team effectiveness and prepare for strategic presentations. Rob also has deep experience working with engineers and technology leaders to communicate successfully across functional groups and lead change initiatives. In this introductory session, Rob will outline the various aspects of an executive coaching engagement, provide a framework for coaching, and delve into the individual's personal narrative and choice point prompting their desire to engage with an executive coach.
