About this Session

The Great Resignation has left companies with their hands up in the air - what can companies do to recruit and retain terrific talent? What about diverse talent? What do different types of people want in the workplace and how can employers meet it? We will discuss in particular the needs of women, millenials + GenZ, working parents, and dive into what creates a workplace where everyone wants to work - and the factors that influence workplaces that are losing in the war for talent.
