Entering my 4th Quarter Century of life, I am the Founder and President of a successful international Leadership training and mentoring organization established in the U.S.A. in 1995. I am an active member of the International Council on Active Aging (I.C.A.A.) and I use personal stories to explain difficult concepts and confusing information simply.

My passion is helping others get what they want out of life! I do this by helping people in three spheres of their life.
- We need our Senior Citizens to recognize the value that they can contribute to society while enjoying active longevity.
- We need dynamic leaders who can lead themselves first, and then lead employees who want to follow and not leave the company.
- We need Leaders and organizations who are prepared to handle Crisis Management.
Aging gracefully does not mean you should not have fun, work if you want to, and have energy to enjoy your golden years. I know - because I'm there and doing it! I want to help more Leaders to be successful in leading themselves first, then their teams, and also help senior citizens live an "Active Longevity."
